Born September 9, 1949, in Niagara Falls, New York.  He proudly served over 30 years in the United States military.  He began his military career in April 1968 when entered the Navy.  He retired in May 1999 from the New York Air National Guard.  One of his proudest achievements was serving as Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 107th Air Refueling Wing and founder of the Enlisted Force Advisory Council.  He was a Lifetime Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.  He died November 30, 2022, at the age of 73 years old, in Frisco, Texas.
